PS3 Hybrid Firmware (HFW)
With PS3 HFW 4.93.1, a downgrade can be performed on the console.
PS3 HEN 3.5.0 can also be installed.

The HFW can be installed as an update to an already installed original firmware (OFW) version 4.93.

The installation of the HFW
If you are running original firmware version 4.93, you can easily install this HFW using a USB stick (FAT-32) via the XMB. The recovery menu is not necessary for this.
